Thank you for the honest opinions everyone. So it’s not that good a deal then even with NHS discount. I’ll give it a miss. The main reason I’m looking to change phones is that my current iPhone SE (16GB) is running out of storage space. Any opinions on whether to get another SE with a bigger storage capacity or change to a different iPhone altogether? The reason I’m sticking with iPhone is I’ve got a lot of iOS purchases that I’ll lose if I get a phone with a different OS.

I have to wonder why anyone buys a smartphone with mobile data, then turns off the data, except for WiFi use. Being able to use 4G data “everywhere” is surely the purpose of having a phone that does more than make calls and texts. A cheap tablet would work at home on WiFi...

The only thing that would really dent a data bundle is video calling or watching online video content and possibly some games.

I know we keep calling them smartphones but there more a computer than a phone.
