PCN from an IPC member- questions...

It is very useful to have all this extra information - thank you.
With regards to the DVLA. It looks like the FOI Department does not have access to the Legal Department's information.
Kernow Parking Solutions Ltd was an accredited member of the IPC until April 2019 (although it's renewal date was February 2019) I sent a letter to the IPC copying in the DVLA, 3 days later the company no longer existed on the IPC website. I then sent a letter to Flowpro, the company that generates the notices telling the director that if he did not remove the parking ticket from his database I would be suing him personally at his home address. It was removed in a day.
I told Robert Ley that I would expose his company and after 3 years this is why he has suddenly stopped requesting DVLA details.
A claim has been brought against the DVLA for negligence with no hearing date set as yet.0 -
Despite telling Debt Recovery Plus that I dispute the 'Parking Charge' and to desist all communications, they are continuing to harass me (also under the guise of Zenith and Gladstones).

They are harassing me over a 'charge' issued contrary to the regulations of POFA 2012, issued by a company who is no longer part of an ATA.

I will complain to the SRA about Gladstones and I will also write to my MP. I am not going to waste paper and printer ink writing to DRP again, but is there some higher authority I can complain to? Should I bother with BPA/IPC? Should I write to the DVLA again? It's getting annoying

Debt collectors stock in trade is sending harassing letters!
You writing to them just has encouraged this!
Just ignore them0 -
Im not sure how the IPC or BPA wuld help if the PPC isnt a member, and DRP arent members of the ATA to my knowledge.0

Hi and sorry you are being harassed – it is horrible and must be stopped.

I would ( if you have not already done so), apply to the DVLA for a copy of the V888/3 which KPS submitted to obtain your personal details. On my form KPS has clearly stated that it had issued a PCN (lie), that it would wait 29 days before sending a parking charge notice (lie). KPS has obtained personal details by deception – that is clear.

The email address to make a formal request with your vehicle registration number is

Subjectaccess.Requests@dvla.gov.uk

The form will be sent to your home address. You can then see exactly what KPS said to obtain your details, date requested etc.

I would then write to

Debt Recovery Plus/Gladstones/Zenith – I am not sure of the address because I said that I would sue any debt recovery that dared contact me. The PCN was subsequently cancelled.

State your explanation in your first post and that the harassment must cease immediately and you will also be issuing a claim for breach of data protection without further notice.

Obtain proof of postage as sadly it will be claimed by all parties that your correspondence has not arrived.

A word of warning to all, despite your justified anger and frustration, please remain calm otherwise it will be used against you – and do not give up!0
