Which part of this didn’t you understand? We had already told you this would be a 3 stage process.

So just use the same initial appeal template you used for Wing, open it by stating that you are dissatisfied with the reply from Wing and you are now invoking the next stage of the appeals process.

Yes but it’s been over 2 months now... it said I should make my appeal to the council with 14 days of their letter.

Send it in anyway - see what happens!

I know what it said but due to them not emailing it, you are too late to take it to the second stage.

This is not what I asked, I didn't want to know what the email said:

DOES IT INCLUDE THE RECIPIENT LINE FROM WHEN THEY ALLEGE THEY EMAILED IT?

Do the SAR suggested above to try to expose lies.

Yes it does include the recipient line from their allege email.

How do I do SAR? I am not a technical person

How much of a ‘technical person’ do you have to be to write a letter?

SAR requests are covered in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky along with a link to a template for you to complete.

    Hello everyone,

I have appealed to the council as advised but haven’t heard from them no responses so far, meanwhile I have received a (DRP debt recovery plus ltd) letter today asking me to make full payment or take court action against me.

Please help on what to do here?! :(

We know you missed the email rejection letter an appealed to the Council too late, so that was all pretty pointless.

And DRP letters are to be expected and yawnworthy, that's why the NEWBIES thread cries out for posters to PLEASE not post about them as they are soooo tedious.

Wing never sue anyone and can be ignored now. And the debt letters!

I am far more interested in the results of your SAR to see if that email they say they sent on x date, is declared in the SAR and matches the one they concocted earlier.
