Hi everyone, I received a response to the SAR (I believe)
It is all the document of the transaction that has transpired. In all of my letters written to them, no where did I use the points of my last defence which is the IPAD. Does this pose as a problem? Also, apart from previous advice given, am I suppose to do anything about the letter I just received?
Keep it and refer to it, in readiness for Witness Statement and evidence stage which is when we want you to post again, when your local court allocates a hearing date. You have to write your WS and file & serve your evidence then - but you'll know that, from the NEWBIES thread.

Strictly no posts asking about the N180 Directions questionnaire, please.  Fully covered in the NEWBIES thread and you will know what to expect when, from the section about what to expect, when.

update: I have received a Notice of Proceedings which asked in a nutshell to await the judges direction.

On another note, I am sure this is not the right place to talk about this, however I would appreciate if I am direction as to the best forum to discuss this. I checked the site but was not sure.

I bought a car from my mechanic back in 2017. It started to give me problems soon afterwards and he fixed it and charged me.  Last year, the car constantly gave me issues from January till April. He then claimed a major work was required, he needed to change the Head Gasket, to which he charged me and I Paid. Two days after picking up the car, the problem occurred again, he promised to come pick the car from where it was and he never did. Then came a PCN in the post, I got a windscreen ticket whilst it was in his care and he never mentioned it and I ended up paying the full amount (£110.00) to the council. He promised to pay but he never did.
After a while,I got it recovered to his Garage. I have been there twice and he said he is looking for a particular part. However in the last month, he has not picked up my call. I have rang him continuously and he is not picking up my calls. I bumped into him a few days back at my local mall and he claimed he cant find the part and there's nothing he can do. The man is taking me for granted. Please can anyone advise me what my rights are, as per this case. even if I go to the garage, he is just going to say some rubbish and I wont be able to deal with the situation. Can I sue him? I feel really cheated..

I think your latest question is best posted on Legal Beagles - they are good at non-parking legal case advice.
