A cursory look indicates that it covers the bases. Make sure any references are correct and any typos corrected.

no you dont , as KeithP already told you , you have until 4pm , to print , sign and date it , scan it back to pc, save as a pdf , and EMAIL it to the CCBC, to arrive before 4pm TODAY

Hi everyone, I received a response to the SAR (I believe) 
It is all the document of the transaction that has transpired. In all of my letters written to them, no where did I use the points of my last defence which is the IPAD. Does this pose as a problem? Also, apart from previous advice given, am I suppose to do anything about the letter I just received?

Maybe you didn't mention in your letters, is because you didn't know there was a IPAD.
