Yes , if it's not long , it's usually allowed , also add the exhibits plus the costs schedule too
Ideally , make a bundle up asap and drop it into the court tomorrow
also let the claimant have the same bundle , by email if they allow it0 -
Then you are already past the deadline. 4pm is the close of the business day.

Ouch :undecided
So where do I go from here? I understand but I've honestly completely forgotten about it, I've just started a new job around and I'm now working longer hours so this has been the last thing on my mind. Just happened to see a reminder set on my phone this evening0 -
Drop it into court tomorrow and email the claimant with it too
Add an apology to the court for being late0 -
Ok so I still have a fighting chance? Only trouble I have, is the courts opening hours contradict with my new working hours0
-
So get someone else to drop it in for you , this isn't rocket science
Jeez !!!!0 -
Of course that’s an option, I was just wondering wether I could email it across instead and wether that would be acceptable?0

Can you contain everything into a single pdf file, including any transcripts, extracts, scans and photographs?
How many pages does it run to as many local courts have a limit on the number of pages it will print, and there's no 'standard', so some may have a 20-page limit, others might have more or less?
Are you content that some anonymous clerk will get all the pages in numerical order, because all that will happen is they will give the Judge a sheaf of A4 pages, at best with a paper clip holding them together? A Judge might not be overly impressed, or may be not totally informed if the maximum page limit is reached before some important bit of evidence fails to be printed.
In many winning cases where forum advice has been followed in the putting together of a neatly paginated and indexed bundle in a ring binder, the Judge has been reported as saying how impressed he/she has been with its presentation. There have been no losing cases where such 'praise' has been proffered. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

What he said above ^^^^^
You haven't told us what the rules are for your local court and we have no way of knowing what they allow or what happens once their printing limit is reached , or if they allow it at all
We can tell you what you should be doing , the problem solving is your job0 -
Just a quick update,
Had the hearing today and won, such a relief!
Thank you so much to everyone that helped0
