It seems the case is going to court, I've been given a date in September which I'm dreading.
Show us your draft and planned evidence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Re. your post on CEC16's thread, BWL are talking through their backsides.
As I've mentioned before this car park was most definitely managed by CBRE in April 2018 as they cancelled my PCN back then.0 -
Not sure whether I can use that to my advantage in court though? I've never been so I don't know what is accepted and what isn't. Personally I can't see it being a problem, it baffles me that they're still chasing me even though they have no standing contract.
Also struggling with my WS, I want it to be as detailed as possible but the truth is I can't remember all that much as the PCN was issued over a year ago0 -

If you were to win this case, there would then be nothing to stop the Claimant bringing a new case against the driver - who they then know the name of.0 -
No. Why would you want do that?

Sorry I wasn't sure if at this point there was anything to lose by doing so,
In that case it's gonna be hard to give my side of the story without "incriminating" myself :wall:0 -
Why? Has your car got more than one seat?
Were you perhaps sitting in a seat other than the driver's?0 -
Can I send my WS by email? Today is the deadline..0
