Why not send it by e-mail as everyone else does. Send it to the same e-mail as you sent your defence and as advised by KeithP in post # 19.

Just logged on to MCOL and I notice that neither my DQ nor my defence is listed in the claim history. Are only recent transactions listed? I have automated e-mail receipts for both from CCBC.

I now have a date in mid Jan for the hearing at a local court. I guess this means they must have received the DQ otherwise they wouldn't know where I wanted it to be heard.

At the end of the Notice of Allocation it instructs to send all documents that I intend to rely on to both the Court and the claimant by the 8th Oct. It seems to point to the witness statement but do I also send other docs such as the defence? Should I send a copy of the parking ticket I purchased? Obviously I will take the original with me to the court. Can I e-mail these or should I post them?

Given you have a date for court your defence was clearly received, and anything past that you dont use MCOL for,.

You dont send the defence

What you do is, read POST 2 of the newbies thread, as it answers every possible question you have on procedudre and what happens when. It just does. PLEASE dont ask here again, unless somehow this is something novel.

"Once allocated to your local court, PLEASE DO NOT NOTE THE HEARING DATE AND FAIL TO ACTUALLY READ THE LETTER!"

If you need photos of Sennen signage, post what date you need them for. Can't promise but I may have photos taken around the correct time, I made a habit of photographing their terrible signs for quite a while.
