    Received a parking fine for 100 pounds for parking in disabled bay at star city birmingham
    6 Jan 2019

    Not appealed on time
    now recieved 2nd letter for 100 or debt collection agency will be notified

    in this case should driver pay the ammount?

    anyone know that if I am moving if I can put in the county court closest to where i am going as preference?

    Does anyone think it might be worth making another without prejudice offer of settlement now a defence has been filed? How strong is my argument here? My only concern is I start a new job soon which is contract based so if I take a day off I am going to lose money whether I win or lose this case now

    Although if it is felt I have a strong case I am more than likely willing to go out of principle to be honest
