I have struggled to find a defence based upon grace periods on here that has been used in court.
I am going to get on with the defence now but do i need to focus on all of the issues that are normally raised i..e. APNR singanhe or just that I was 2 minutes out of the of grace period?0 -
Has anyone got a defence they could link me to that is relevant i.e. is in relation to grace periods?0
-
