You can file a defence by making all the usual points and alleging them
Point out you have no documentation if you dont - and you are having to make a defence DESPITE the sparse particulars of claim that disclose no case and lack any detail on a cause of action.0 -
Good evening everyone.
Okay, so I requested a SAR and received it. It shows the pictures from the NPR camera and the arrival and departure times but no times for the ticket purchased or how long the ticket purchased covered the parking period. PPS have said that not all of what I requested falls inside of personal data.
Can I insist on having the ticket info and a PDT readout? They have suggested contacting BW legal for anything else? I have to say that looking at the arrival and departure times it seems the driver may have driven away within the grace period. I'm certainly hoping so. Any suggestions guys?0 -
Over a week since you first posted - how's your Defence coming along?
The clock is ticking. You cannot miss your 11th February deadline.0 -
Can I insist on having the ticket info and a PDT readout?
But don't lose sight of the defence deadline either.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you Keith.
Only received the SAR today so looking at it now. As posted this evening, I'm still awaiting evidence of the parking times covered by the ticket purchased and grace periods, etc.
I'll be replying back to PPS very shortly to insist on this evidence.0 -

Thank you Le Kirk.
We have received in the SAR a copy of the Notice Before Action. This does not give any details of the parking time or alleged overstay time, only the date the PCN was issued.0 -
which means they failed to folllow the CPR rules dated nov 2017, which does not surprise us and can be one complaint in your WS later0
