I am out of contract, currently paying £62.49 for variety, fibre broadband and landline (no calls). Last night after a very long phone call, the lowest deal they could offer me was entertainment, fibre broadband and landline (no calls) for £46.49 per month. I took out an 18 month deal at this price with 14 day cooling off period.
I have seen a deal for new customers for entertainment, max fibre, landline and unlimited calls for £42 including a Sky Q box.
Has anyone had any luck negotiating a 'new customer' deal when you are an existing customer? Being a customer for 20+ years does not get the best deals!!

What you want is a RETENTION deal, otherwise you will leave and obtain a new customer deal from another supplier!0
