Yes...please just do what I said.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • OK I've sent it. I'm sure they will ignore it since it was late but at least it's done now. Thank you
  • Morning all,

Just heard back from POPLA that my appeal was unsuccessful - complete waste of time and I cannot believe for the sake of £2 it has come to this!

Anyone got any good ideas? I'm gutted

Just placate yourself with the knowledge that POPLA has become useless with assessors who now fail miserably

However with a good case and defence, a REAL judge will probably think the opposite to POPLA
  • So do I have to go to court??

POPLA decisions are not binding on the motorist. As regards going to court, that is up to the PPC but you will (should) receive notice of this in the form of LoC/LBA/LBC/LBCCC. If this happens, go to NEWBIE section post # 2 and read up on how to deal with those letters and prepare defences.
  • OK cool, thank you. I will await more !!!!! in the post. This is all so unnecessary!
  • What reasons were given?
Copy and post the decision here, ADDING PARAGRAPHS so we can read the bloody thing
See if its worthy of a complaint or not.
