Got the washing done and out on the line and the heavens opened however it was warm and breezy enough to dry the towels in the following half hour before the rain came on again so all good.
Was hoping to do some gardening this afternoon but didn't get round to it due to dodging the showers. Put the food bin and the garden waste bin out this evening and spent half an hour weeding the monoblock area. It really needs power washing and the bits between the blocks refilled at some point.
Just done a screening survey on Prolific and hopefully that will lead to a full survey at some point.
Early start tomorrow so going to head to bed as I didn't sleep that well last night. Just going to finish getting all my work stuff ready first0 -

Hi Chumpy, :hello:, thanks for popping in, and glad you have enjoyed my mumblings. I do sometimes wonder at myself, I noticed I got very excited about my 'new to me' backpack recently - simple things :rotfl: I'm not great at sleeping when its so warm at night but been a bit less humid the last couple of nights. Hope you slept better too0 -

 KC thanks, yes definite sogginess in these part too and I have shut the windows and put on my big cardigan for the first time in a while.Hope that you have had a good day
Thanks Beanie, busy work day but interspersed with coffee, and good chats and catch up with someone I haven't seen for ages. Actually that doesn't sounds like a very busy work day at all :rotfl:0 -

Got the train home after work rather than the bus as it was really muggy and unpleasant out. The rain started on my walk home but it was so humid I didn't bother putting up my hood or fastening my jacket as I would just have been too warm and my damp clothes would dry quickly. Met the neighbours as I arrived home and not sure they were very impressed with that logic
Prolific emailed to say they'd sorted out the payment problem from the week before so transferred £20.16 from P@ypal. I also had several new surveys on Prolific so am at £11+ already with them.
I did an online shop with Sainsbo to be delivered on Monday evening and no doubt will think of a few additions over the weekend.
Am hoping the weather settles a bit by this evening as am going to an outdoor concert. Will have to take some warm layers and waterproofs though just in case.
Some cleaning beckons for this morning though as does the cat tray - lovely0 -
