Flexbasic isn’t a “main account” as it falls under “other accounts”.
So it will just switch everything to your existing basic account and leave it as is0 -
That’s my point0

What’s your point?
Having a basic account doesn’t qualify you for the other “offers” being a main account holder is eligible for.
Switching doesn’t make you eligible for it either.
No where on their website does it state that0 -
Right, thank your for your opinion. I was asking your thoughts on the wording you’ve provided it.
In my opinion, as stated earlier it’s ambiguous.
For your info I don’t want it for the offers I want it for the full (non basic) account.
You keep telling me stuff like a flexbasic isnt a full account, believe it or not, I already know this.0 -

Thanks earthboy, appreciate your comment.
Would it be safe to assume that you don’t agree with me, just for the record.0 -

Ask in branch or call them to see if they can upgrade.
Otherwise, try online for a FlexDirect/FlexAccount upgrade but that option might have been removed. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
