That's because both those ideas are daft (sorry, not you) and neither are correct!I don’t see any replies specifically telling me
yes pay your get more action from this company or
no don’t pay their a scam they can’t/won’t take you to court
What you need to do, is read the NEWBIES thread and take time over it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Re-read the post made by fisherjim - it's the sixth post on this thread.
It tells you exactly what to do.0 -

The simple advice to follow is in the NEWBIES thread and no true newbie has ever been in this situation before. Your case is no different and the advice is no different than anyone else, and we do not need to type everything out here that you can already read on the sticky thread, taking a few days if need be, to re-read it.
People like you arrive clueless, then read the NEWBIES thread and succeed, every day:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5937511/popla-result-received-britannia-parking-pcn
Please read what he said...albeit with an IPC firm, you don't get POPLA as an option.
You know what to do, you've been advised very clearly already.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You are sadly out of touch with this whole private parking scam.
Excel are not BPA AOS members.
You do not have a "fine".
Ignore hasn't been recommended for years.
But you are where you are you can ignore scummy debt collectors, but don't ignore real court papers.
What happened when you complained to Icelnd about their contractors predatory tactics and lack of signage?
ALL THAT SAYS TO ME IS IGNORE THE DEBT COLLECTORS BUT NOT COURT PAPERS. WILL I GET COURT PAPERS AND WHERE WOULD I STAND IN COURT BY IGNORING IT ALL?
I’ve taken photos of the lack of signage & faded disabled paint and Iceland said nothing to do with them as a privacy company0 -
Yes, same as the NEWBIES thread already informs you - with more detail, and examples/links - when you take your time to read it (please).ALL THAT SAYS TO ME IS IGNORE THE DEBT COLLECTORS BUT NOT COURT PAPERS.
Yes, but again the NEWBIES thread tells you that - and how to win.WILL I GET COURT PAPERS
With a CCJ and a ruined credit rating if you ignore a court claim!AND WHERE WOULD I STAND IN COURT BY IGNORING IT ALL?
That is NOT what we do here, we help steer/advise people to win their cases. No risk.
Please, could you for now, stop replying so quickly (making it obvious you haven't read the sticky thread) and instead spend a day or two reading the NEWBIES thread?
Then ask anything that's unclear.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Your question was:Nicolelg_123 wrote: »ALL THAT SAYS TO ME IS IGNORE THE DEBT COLLECTORS BUT NOT COURT PAPERS.

That clearly answered your question. But you are where you are you can ignore scummy debt collectors, but don't ignore real court papers.
Now you are asking new questions and Coupon-mad has rightly pointed you towards the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.0 -
Looking at the link I’ll ignore letters unless I get a court letter which I will then reply to using the appeal templates on the newbies threat and keep photo evidence of the lack of signs etc to help with my case0
