House Selling - No viewings?

Probably not this spring.0 -
Well to me it looks very cold and unwelcoming. All those hard floors, and hard landscaping outside. Not a shred of comfiness. I mean I don't know the market or how houses that sold were presented, but for me, I wouldn't look at it.0

We are out in the countryside but 10mins from a large town and 20 from central Belfast, we are in a commuter area.
The properties I'm comparing are all in the same development, we were in the first phase which fronts the main road. Ours is actually slightly bigger than the other properties and has it's own driveway, most are shared.
Thanks for the ideas about the appearance, maybe some alterations may help?0 -

One person's "comfy" is another's "cluttered".0 -

I think a few large, cheerful rugs would help.
Personally, since changing from wool carpets in the living area to LVT and rugs, I'd never go back. Far cleaner and less places for fleas to hide if one has animals.0 -
Interior looked just fine to me.
If it has its own driveway I would certainly mention that in the listing, it only says "Off-street parking to the rear of the property" which, along with the photo of the two cars in the wide-ish fenced in area, suggested to me it was a shared area and that, like most new developments, parking was going to be an issue.0 -

Personally I like the look of the place, tidy, spacious, looked after. Is the price the issue?Pants0

Problem has to be price.0

Think it looks pretty good really.
As as couple of other have said - the parking seems like it could be an issue - the shape of the area (could be the photo angle or type of lens used though). That alone shouldn't prevent viewings - but if there IS ample parking make sure that's stated clearly on the listing.
Decor - These are very minor points based solely on opinion (as like I said I think the place looks nice); 1. maybe a small table in the kitchen to give it more of a family feel? It's a big room and maybe looks sparse, a small table table should still show it as a good size but suggest a family environment too. 2. The fireplace - I'd maybe hang a picture or a mirror above it - again just to give the room a bit more character.
I sold my last house recently - I wasn't convinced by the EA's opinion of presenting the place as a family home (she left some things like pictures/items in the photos, I'd read online that these should be removed to help people picture it for themselves etc) The EA said people preferred to see these things (obv as long as it's nothing overly personal lol) - It sold quite quickly so I expect she was right.
I've no idea of the market in your area, price is a common go-to on these type of threads. Is it maybe worth checking with the estate agents that the properties around you sold with to see what level of interest they had received?0
