House Selling - No viewings?

Okay, so we've had our house up on the market for a couple of months but only had one viewing.
Feedback was good, we think the property is reasonably priced (others close by have gone for higher), we know the market isn't as quick at the moment but any insight would be great as we are at a loss as to why we aren't getting any interest?!
Two other properties in the same development have been sold just recently.

Thanks

Why isn't it on Rightmove?0
-
Hi Gwendo40,
We haven't got it on rightmove as we are in Northern Ireland and this is the main selling website available.0 -
I see the developers are still building (which never usually helps as buyers prefer brand new homes and the freebies builders throw in). Are the recent sales second-hand homes?0
-
Why is it upside down? Is the front garden much higher up than the back garden? From the front it looks like a bungalow then the back is 2 floors.
Edit: Inside is lovely though! Nice and spacious!0 -
Yes, the developers are still building but nothing available currently, the other house which have sold are all second-hand.
Thanks for the comment wibblygirly, yes this is an upside down house, bungalow look from the front but actually two storey.0 -
Poor time of the year to be marketing property. Market will pick up as spring approaches.0
-
Yes, it has been a bad time of the year to market, but it seems that your house is actually on the main road and not in the small development where the postcode pin goes.
Are the properties you are comparing with in a similar location? People generally prefer properties on quiet residential roads over those with more passing traffic.0 -
Nice house. Looks to be a bit out in the country, are their plenty of jobs nearby?0
-
Is it the affordable housing element of this development?0
