Interest details on HMRC Personal Tax Account. Updated to include how to access interest details.

I've lost the will to live with HMRC. Yesterday I checked by untaxed interest details, it was wrong. Got the Dummy Account which is actually the amount of overtaxed interest. The other accounts are correct though.

Today, guess what, no sign of the untaxed interest page on personal tax account online.

Webchat wasn't available yesterday, so sent message. Did get an acknowledgement, sadly, it was addressed to my husband and not me, even though i was signed in at the time.

Is it too early for alcohol!!!!

It's never been visible for me - have tried, on and off, many times since this thread started. Never, ever, has there been anything on my online tax account about untaxed interest. Just tried it again. Just the same. I'm beginning to think this thread is all some practical joke!

And the moral of the story is never, ever input any data onto the HMRC Personal Tax account online.
