ORANGE charge for delivery reports

all animal tariffs charge 1p inlc VAT (0.009p ex vat) for sms delivery reports. i think this is equally applicable to PAYG animal tariffs and PAYM.

It is written into the t&cs of the tariff that sms delivery reports are chargeable.

if you asked 'are there any changes to the T&Cs?' and expected them to list the changes, you would have been there forever.

I think you'll find that almost every call has a different core price compared to previous tariffs. Including GPRS, and roaming charges have changed recently.

I think the moral of the story really should be - look at your bills regularly, if you notice something untoward, then query it. Usually if it's a new charge, they'll offer you a goodwill credit & you'll then be aware. If they don't? well, it'll be a £10-15 lesson.

If you don't look at your bill, and you are being charged correctly, i think it's unfortunate, but you only really have yourself to blame for not studying your bills carefulyl enough.... it doesn't even need to be a careful study - just a glance is often sufficient.
