It will no longer be down to him once it reaches the statute books.

when , that is the question

I suspect at the speed that goverment bodies work at , and time for consultations this will not come into force until the 2020s

the section in the POFA 2012 , that is applicable to car parking took many many years to formulate

it will be down to the Minister for Transport or DCLG or whoever and their department that will be responsible for the actual CoP, not Sir Greg Knight

as stated above, he will likely be a lot less involved once it gets the queens nod

depending how long this CoP takes, there may be several MP changes and a general election in between

Yes of course. We already know how the DCLG works, cannot remember the name of the DCLG idiot who said he would sort it.

Minister of Transport ???? you mean the smiley Grayling who passes the buck ?

To a degree, I feel sorry for Theresa May, she is surrounded by people who would fail if running a real business

I'm not sure how people can be so readily accused of being 'idiots'.

I don't think it helps the cause one iota.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

They would not have to be called idiots if they were not.

Remember Marcus Jones and his promises and all of a sudden the whole conversation was stopped
