You didn't have a Letter of Claim at all. We advised you based on what you called it, and your description of a 'letter from BW Legal' was not what you actually had in your hands.

You didn't respond to an actual claim form, and you have missed the boat.

Really sorry to tell you that, but you needed to tell us what you actually had which was a Claim form from the County Court Business Centre, with clear instructions on what you had to do. It didn't come directly from BW Legal and wasn't a letter.

The NEWBIES thread also told you what to do at each stage. I really wish you'd read the sticky thread and realised you were not holding a 'Letter of Claim' from BW Legal.
