Mis sold card terminal machine

Hi,
I'm after some advice please. We recently ( last Thursday ) changed our credit card terminal supplier to Payment Sense and now we think that they have mis sold this contract to us. After speaking to them they informed us that we have no cancellation period as we are a limited company. Can anyone advise if this is correct please.
I'm not sure if this post is in the right section so could an admin move to the correct section if not.
Many thanks
Phil

Yes they are correct. As a commercial entity it falls entirely on the business to carry out due diligence.0

In what way was it missold? If no cancellation period is the only reason then you have no case whatsoever.0

Thanks for your replies. The reasons we were mis sold are :
We were quoted figures and rates that we have not got. We have had to call today as we had nothing sent to us and we were promised to be emailed the next day after signing. We were promised faster payments where payments are in the next day and now they say we haven't got that.
Basically promised a lot and had none of the things we agreed on
Thanks0 -
What does your contract say you will get?0

We signed on the 21st after having a quotation of the rates on the various cards and the price of faster payments. We've had to ring today, once we'd noticed we hadn't had any money paid to our bank, to get a copy of the contract as we never received anything from them. On the contract they sent the rates for charges are slightly higher and the faster payment is not included which we were quoted and promised when we signed. Surely that's not legal or right?0

You should have a copy that you signed....?0

your due diligence has failed and it is your own fault, not theirs0 -

What does what you signed say? If you didn't read it that is your problem not theirs. Verbal promises are worth the paper they are written on.0 -
It was a e contract where you signed on a tablet. Basically not looking good as we took their representatives word and didn't physically read the complete contract on the tablet.
Thanks for all your replies much appreciated0
