I popped over to the blog after the heads up earlier . I had been looking from time to time but the last post was the Panini sandwich bread . I'm glad she's working from home at the moment as she has a pretty busy life . I noticed one of her recent posts since returning at the start of December was gammon in the thermal bag .

I think the electric blanket sounds like a good idea . It's been cold, damp and miserable here today . Friday and Saturday night I managed two rare nights of restful sleep in a row . Last night I didn't sleep a wink as the fibro and arthritis kicked off . The rain had arrived and the temperature had dropped . In the end I fell asleep at 7am and managed a couple of hours .

When you're downstairs in the evening a hot water bottle or two in your chair placed near the pain areas can help .So can a warm shawl or throw .

Although it's tiring when you aren't well it's good to hear the work is coming in after the break . Just take it steadily and remember to set turn around times at a reasonable level and not push yourself too hard . With the planning and admin to tackle and other aspects of life you need to pace yourself to avoid burnout .

Wishing you a restful nights sleep .

Probably Wonderbags. They make them and they provide some to Africa I believe.

So I am the luckiest person in the world.
My Mum has given me £2,000 from the holiday pot to go off the debt.
So by tomorrow the £13,040.72 debt will be down to £1,561.45!
That debt will be gone by 18th June. If I make sure that I don't add anything to it.
    I can do this!

So lovely of your Mum - but just do NOT let your children know about this or it will be dripped away!
