Congrats Bozwood and Curlgirl on SOTW :T:T
Well done losers g2dtn, v1ckyt, TheTalking + wife, & Haylaluru :j:T
Hope you're feeling much better soon Maman
Got on the scales first thing feeling a tad nervous after eating out at the weekend and was glad to see a -3.5lb loss. Hopefully plan and routine is really coming together.
Menu yesterday ended up like this:
B - apricot & apple
L - porridge HEB, sugar (2) milk from HEA
snack - 0% yogurt with mixed berries
D - chicken chow mein (4.5)
Today's menu is like this:
B - banana, satsuma
L - porridge HEB, sugar (2) milk from HEA
snack - 0% yogurt with mixed berries & frozen mango
D - cottage pie, cabbage, carrots, broccolli (3 for gravy)
I've got an apple in my desk if I need an extra snack. Trying really hard not to allow myself rubbish as snacks.
/QUOTE]Watched that programme on TV last night 'How to Lose Weight Well' and a bit surprised that they've included some slightly 'faddy' diets. I did think that if they'd taken a SW approach they might have had better results, but perhaps I'm just biased?[

Here is my dinner.....Vegetable stir fry with a Scotch Egg
The Scotch Egg was made with lean Turkey mince/one uncooked egg mixed with chopped onions and some spices/seasonings.. Cover one hard boiled egg with mixture and coat in prepared plain cous cous seasoned with some spice / seasoning. Place on a greaseproof sheet and cook in an oven for 30 minutes...Mine is a fan oven set at 185 celcius...
It is really tasty...[STRIKE]68 [STRIKE]Mouses[/STRIKE] [/STRIKE]
