    Afternoon everyone.

Has anyone made the PON chicken zinger burgers? I'd like to try these later in the week.
    .

I've made them before, they were very tasty, we had them with wedges, salad and baked beans, even ds who can be a little fussy liked them, think I might add them onto my menu for next week now you've mentioned them :D

Well weigh in for me today and a loss of -6 am really pleased so hoping to keep building on that.

B porridge (hexb) milk (hexa 1), raspberry and pear tsp ground seeds (1)
L lo diet cola chicken and rice, apple
D new pot, chicken and kale (leftovers!)
    S cereal bar (3)
Probably a yoghurt later and maybe a fibre one (5)

Just caught up again, had a very busy weekend.
Had to go for a family birthday meal but had a shared starter, chicken kebab and asked for larger salad and not chips, no pudding, so was very pleased with myself. There was a cake but I insisted I could only share a piece with SIL who is also on SW.

Pleased to have done three 5k runs last week, but want to try and do some toning DVD's this week. I like the 30 day shred, done it today so a good start.

Weighed in on Friday and am pleased with a 1lb loss it wasn't a full week, so that'll do.

Well done everyone on the losses.
  • DISASTER! don't know how I put on a 1lb but I managed it even though I was on plan and dedicated.

I ate the same as my wife, in same quantity, she managed 7 1/2lb in her first week and I'm so impressed and proud, I managed to put on but considering that my wife did so well, its eased the pain I'm so chuffed for her.

Oh well onto the coming week ahead my week this week, would be happy with 3lb off.

That's an amazing loss sirens and you too auntycat :T

It's unusual not to get a loss in your first week talking dead but don't worry. Sometimes you can be really good and not lose but it catches up in the end. Did you eat the same as your wife? If you keep posting your menus we'll keep an eye for any glitches. :)
  • Evening everyone, had my first WI, last week since before Christmas, and put 1lb on, will take that, I'm on holiday this week, see how next week goes.
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D
