Do you get weighed in front of everyone?
Do I have to do an introductory speech?
I'm putting myself off before I go.
YOu dont get weighed in front of everyone.

Evening All
Happy Birthday Haylaluru
Another not brilliant day, I find it harder when I don't have the structure of being at work (even though I don't like my work!)
B toast (hexb) marmite, olive spread
D roast chicken dinner. Not sure on syns I'm afraid but probably a few, Sunday is the only day I don't really track my syns
Will probably have a small piece of pumpkin pie later, no cream though as I don't like cream.
Well done on all the loses, I'm weighing in tomorrow so hopefully for anything in the right direction 'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Well done to losers. It's great that we're getting back on plan post Christmas. :THappy Birthday Haylaluru and well done on your loss. You're quite right, nothing counts on your birthday!
I don't blame you having a syns don't count day on your birthday as that's once a year. However a syns don't count day every week on WI day.
Welcome TheTalkingDead. Don't go hungry - I find that's when I overeat to compensate. Bubbs has good ideas about preparing foods to 'fill the hole'. I find eggs brilliant for keeping that full feeling.
I think you can get strange feelings from just changing the way you eat from cr*p to healthy but do make sure you're not hungry. There's no need to deprive yourself on SW,. It's not a diet, it's a healthy way of eating. You can eat loads provided you eat the right things.Today's menu (an SP day?? I've never properly got my head around it)
B Porridge made with half and half milk and water, 1/2 tsp sugar, large orange
L Omelette with lots of mushrooms and tomatoes, apple
D steak with lots of veg (no potatoes) - plannng onions, grilled tomatoes, carrots, green beans, cauli and broccoli
snack - fibre one bar, maybe a yoghurt later
Happy Sunday!
I'm like you and only seem to have SP days accidentally. Mostly I have SP meals occasionally like omelettes or soup for lunch. I'd say that your menu is SP except possibly for if you have yoghurt. I've never really understood that as if it's a synned yoghurt then does it count as syns or just a yoghurt not allowed on SP days. What I tend to do is just think that anything approaching SP whether it's almost a full day or just a meal is lower carb than usual and therefore likely to boost weightloss.
Thanks so much for posting your pic of picky tea bubbs.I'll think of your super spread when I'm downing my wine syns on a Saturday.:D
Although I'm really into my planning I've had to make changes today. Thank goodness my plan is flexible. DH told me after I'd done the plan and shop that he wanted us to drive halfway across the country (seriously 300+ miles round trip) to collect a fragile item he'd bought on Ebay.
It worked out fine. We combined it with a visit to a National Trust place for lunch in a decent caf! and I swapped Monday's dinner for today. I know my mother would be turning in her grave if she knew what we had for Sunday dinner but needs must.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, scrambled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with tuna mayo and salad garnishBGTY burger, SW chips, asparagus, runner beans, tomato, mushrooms, onions
Syns: HP sauce 1, burger 1, mayo 2? Weekend wine! Much needed.:D
Last night's supper was very SW friendly too. I reckon the only syns were in whatever dressing was on the pasta salad so I'm calling that 2 as well.0 -
