:T You're a star chrisv. You do so much to help others with SW, shame you don't have more time to post about your own 'journey' (hate that expression).lushlifesaver wrote: »yep finally left the controlling, abusive, cheating (ex)husband. we won't mention him further...
Hope it's all resolved as quickly as possible. :A
I can see that it makes sense to eat from the freezer at the moment, especially to save money on SSP. But when that's done then the parents can do SW as well!!:D I'm sure you'll do your best to eat on plan as much as possible. No problem asking for syn values whenever you want.
I know what you mean about feeling guilty. My consultant gets very little money out of me as a target member and I'd have happily paid for the books but because I wanted to hear the talk as well I got the books free. It's difficult.
Thanks for checking in Stoke. Posting isn't compulsory but we were worried about you.:)
I had a good weekend. Probably only about 50% of the weekend wine I'd normally have. That's left me with loads of syns left until WI on Thursday. Hopefully I'll get back into range then but wouldn't be surprised if it takes longer as poor choices over NY could yet catch up.:(
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana
L: LO potatoes, veg and gravychicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: Honey 5 (porage and stir fry sauce).0 -

Thank you maman
I would love to join in more on the forums, but just not possible at the minuteAs a family (children, grandchildren) we are going through so much turmoil, it's really hard for me to try and keep everyone afloat, and the grandchildren are priority at the minute. Hopefully I'll get my retirement back some time soon :rotfl:

Afternoon everyone! Weighed in this morning and over the moon to see a 4.6lb loss on the scales! Really wasn't expecting that as I've been really bloated for most of the week.
Thanks for the chart Chris, sorry I'm late with reporting my first week's result. Hope things start to calm down for your family soon.
Back to work today after a busy weekend and could just do with a nap (especially after going to the gym at 5am) so will leave a little early today as I built up some additional hours last week.

I don't follow any particular diet plan.....I have been a weight watcher ever since I was at school and tried all sorts of diet advice..I have found the best way is to cut back and still enjoy my food.... I topped off at 18 stone 4 years ago.....The other half left and I lost shed loads of weight...I have started to put it on over the last year and wanted to put a halt to it....If I have a day where I fall by the wayside I get back on the next day....Friday is normally pub night...So all syns are consumed and more at the pub...:rotfl:[STRIKE]68 [STRIKE]Mouses[/STRIKE] [/STRIKE]
