  • Not one today, but should be the only spendy day this week :)
  • A no spend yesterday takes me to 4 but alas today is another spend day

Has anyone got any ideas to help? I buy a weekly shop but then wake up the next day finding I need something meaning I cant avoid a spend day. I've done lists and stuck to them, and its usually non grocery items that make me go out again. Any advise would be brilliant!

I have a list of things we generally need weekly (groceries) and then things we should need monthly (toiletries, household things) and check those before I finish the shopping list for the week, and determine whether they need to go on the list or they can wait
