  • USwitch is under the Money Matters Zone, and then under Phones and Internet. The link I got when I clicked it was http://pigsback.com/pages/4/62/345.aspx?pbq=525%2c525%2cVOVM

    Hello,

Just a quick follow up on an earlier question, but when you use Uswitch, in order to get the points do you actually have to switch or can it be just for an enquiry??

Sorry for coming across as a bit thick

    Regards Karl

Karl, from reading the other responses on this thread you don't have to switch to get the points - just go as far as putting your details in then when it takes you to the site for the provider simply close the window & then make sure you keep that U Switch conf email safe :)
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out

I'm havingthe same problem with trying to get my Uswitch points - sent all the confirmation mails but because I'm not on their file I can't have them. I've e mailed to say I'm not happy and they say they can't do anything about it. I have now e mailed for a name and address to write a formal complaint but they haven't replied to me! Any ideas anyone?

Rachel Mallon is the Member Services Manager (she is not the Rachel that just answers any queries - got no joy from her about anything  )- just
e-mail Pigsback and mark it for Rachel Mallons attention -
She added all 5  :D of my switches manually ;)

When my Alliance & Leicester points didn't come through and PB said that their "3rd party affiliate file did not contain the information about my details", I sent them a snotty email saying that the whole reason I applied for an A&L account was because of the piggypoints and that they should check their daily data which would prove I log on every day and enter the comps etc etc.
I added 'why would I be so stupid as to apply for an A&L account without gaining some piggy points in the process?. Couldn't they see that I was a sharp bunny, so to speak?" I got my 5,000 points in the end, I think maybe because I presented a logical argument. You may want to try this tack to see if it works again?

    Hope this helps?:o

Just checked the Noticeboard in Curly's Clubhouse - there will be one click a day this week!!! Great- not!

We're staggering the featured offers this week, putting a new one up each weekday, and one on Saturday. But don't panic - there are the same number of PiggyPoints available, and they'll all still be there for a whole week!

Just had to join and say thanks, have been on Pigsback since 2005 and only entered the odd comp (never won anything). Yesterday I was reading through this thread and saw this comment, went to the Clubhouse to see what it said and while I was there entered the comp, I only went & won!!

So far have had well over £200 out of them, mainly due to them having some fab offer with dabs when I ordered a laptop through them last year, I got over 12000 points in one hit :D At the mo thanks to the comp have got £36.43.
    Quidco: Paid £2,244.90 :D
    TCB: Paid £342.82

i used to hate it when aunts and grans would come up to me at weddings pinch my cheeks and say "your next, your next". well they stoped that crap when i started to do the same to them at funerals:rotfl:
