When I did the uswitch back in August I did the water meter but made up a phone number. I received a letter asking me to contact them which I did and just said I had changed my mind. This was before the postings to tick already have a water meter. Received 6000 points!! Whoopee do da. Boots Vouchers for Xmas presents. Hope they come mind you.
