Hi, I had to ask the same question when I started, but nobody seemed to know, then I dont know why but when i was on the rewards page I pressed F5 and low and behold they all came up! I have to do that everytime I want to look at them tho.... Hope it works for you :-)

personally id prob leave it a few more days see if it has been delayed from when the post was on strike and would expect P.B. to say the same. occasionally a voucher will go missing in the post and generally if this is the case then they will re-send them.

i have been given 800points for doing the uswitch which i signed up for on the 19th July, i'm sure it was 3000 points at the time has anyone got a screen shot of this and has it got a date please help

Just click on your confirmation e-mail then click on forward - forward to Pigsback, you can add a message if you need to. HTHx

Is it just me or have John Lewis vouchers disappeared from the rewards section? They were in the shopping or vouchers section but don't appear to be there now...
