How long have you been a member? I think it's about 10 days before you can claim a reward and they don't show up until then.

if you have your confirmation email you should get the points eventually...i ordered the water saving device as well but nevr received a confirmation email so dont think il get the points...

I am fairly new to this pigsback but I have done the uswitch water and requested the water saving device. I have received the email confirming it will be sent but it does not say anything about getting points.
