I had the Dove email too, I clicked the survey and put that I hadn't received the sample and it said I still get 50 points.

There was a chance to send for a sample of Dove back in the summer - not very big but a nice freebie. I am not sure if points were involved, but it came through one of the banner boxes on the LH side of the screen. I have not had a questionaire, and I don't think anyone has mentioned it either. HTH

Oh, Benbenand me has just posted about this. If points are involved I want an e-mail too please !!!!

Hi, I answered this for you yesterday but didnt quote your question in my response so you wouldnt have known it was for you - Sorry. This also happened to me, all you have to do is go to the rewards page and press F5 this will then show up the normal screen, you have to do this everytime tho - Hope it works for you too.

I had a sample size bottle (about 2/3 inches high) - quite cute, and I can only think it came via PB. Came a month or two ago....

not had an email though....what was the subject heading....?
