I signed up on 24 October and have already received my 75 points for Tesco - am waiting for vouchers tho.

I have just tried to sign up but get the message that my clubcard number is not valid! It certainly is! Is there a special way to enter it perhaps?

You can leave it blank if you have trouble

I had that problem also so I just left that section blank. I then entered my number afterwards where my details were stored and it accepted it no problem.

I ordered a boots voucher on the 1st, and it still hasn't shown up. In the mean time, I also ordered one from Lightspeed, which has shown up no problem. I emailed Pigsback, and got this response:

Looks like it was sent just before the postal strikes, so it is more than likely caught up in the backlog of mail.
I sent 10 parcels on the 10th to ebay customers, not one of them has arrived yet! Royal Mail appear to be dealing with the new mail first, whilst the backlog of mail from before and just after the strike is still waiting to be sorted :mad:
