Hi, I've been away for the last week and came home yesterday and did my ct's and the weekly 10 point quiz but i didnt get my 10 points. Has this happened to anyone else? Sorry if this is mentioned anywhere else i cant be bothered to read all the thread.

Hi sorry if this is slightly off topic, but has anyone successfully used HQ Hair.com? I ordered something on the 11th Oct, the money went out & Piggy points were credited but ive still not received my order.
When I tried ringing their customer services it just rang out! I'm a bit worried as I have recieved other online orders quickly in the period.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi i bought my ghds from HQ Hair.com a few weeks ago and they came in 2 days. Really well packaged and very fast considering i ordered on aa sunday.

It could be due to the postal strikes they are late turning up as i finally got a parcel from the 10th this morning.

:rolleyes:yeah same here, not with hq hair but i have tons of stuff still not come, its really annoying actually because i need to go out today and i just know it will probably all turn up the second i leave the door.:rolleyes:
