What is going on with the powergen points. Still no sign of mine and has been nearly 2 months now. Keep getting the same reply from pigsback about 'waiting for folder'.

Got the £30 of boots vouchers (thanks to Uswitch) i ordered on Saturday today, well impressed.

Now waiting on the £60 from OH account (thanks to Uswitch again!) but i am guessing if its coming recorded may take a bit longer...or they have run out of stock lol.:rotfl:

Gonna do another few uswitchs when i can be bothered, did a bank account search yesterday, got a confirmation email so will wait a month then send that off!

OH joined Riverbelle on 14th September and after chasing up points has an e-mail back from Amy saying he is not on the list, and to let her know if we used a different e-mail addy. Since he e-mailed all the info through at the time including his welcome e-mail from Riverbelle sent to THE VERY SAME e-mail address, it looks like a standard e-mail is being sent out to everyone to try to put off as many as possible from continuing with their claims for points. We have fallen foul so many times in the past, that we now document everything, so we certainly will not be letting it drop

Thankyou to the poster who suggested to set up an e-mail folder for confirmation e-mails. Have just done that now.

If you use gmail, then just set up a Label and apply that label to the pigsback emails. You can click the label and find all pigsback emails really easily then.

Is anyone having problems ordering vouchers?

I have tried a few times, but I am geting an error saying 'value cannot be null'

I've tried a few different kinds of vouchers but they are all saing the same
