    Seventh Anniversary Combo Breaker
    Had a couple of weeks off work and DS went away with his dad so I had a lot of me time. I didn't do a lot but I did get the gardening done and decluttered the car so I will take that as a win.

    Still been going to CBT and it has been helping my MH a lot but still got a long way to go before I am back to the old me I think.

    Had a meeting with my family worker on Wednesday and she helped me with my finances and how I can curb my over spending which really helped a lot. I have bought my lunch into work today and bought a drink in too. So I am going to be saving some money there and also not buying any plastic bottles so helping out there too :)
