Spent £40 this week just on fuel! Been a busy week back and forth to hospital (not planned) and drs appointments. Everything looking up now though.
I did have to put £90 on CC for BG bill that I could not pay monthly without it affecting my credit rating for the next 3 years
Got 50% off our mains when me and friend went out for dinner at F&B's did spend that money on CC and did buy a Maccys on Friday and takeaway Thur because of all the stress with hospital etc. But had a bit of extra money in my just in case pot so have put that towards it and now only owe that £21 so not too bad.

So yesterday went out and spent more money on CC
but it was for stuff I needed (some where clothes but I don't have much that fits atm) the rest was fresh fruit and salad. But I did buy me and DS and KFC. Although it was less than £7 because we shared a meal but still was annoyed.
All the naughtiness caught up with me as well because I gained 3.5lb this week at SWso ashamed of my self. But will pick myself up, dust myself off and start a fresh

Been a while since posting on here....
Lets get you up to date with everything!
So I am still in debt, my parents went away on holiday so I got one of my cards back and have spent a lot on it. I have yet to update my spreadsheet but I will do this soon and update you on here.
My MH has been in the toilet lately with panic attacks and eating issues a bad break up and other stuff on my mind. I am trying to focus on me and DS but it is hard sometimes but I am getting as much help as I can, although I do feel like I am taking it away from someone else who needs it more.
Obviously one of the things affecting my MH is money and I think at the moment I am being too strict on myself so I am going to try and re jig the budgets a bit so I am not being super strict and it doesn't affect my MH as much.
Last month I forgot to pay the nursery bill, I felt so bad but I have paid it now and apologized to the nursery and they waived the late fee which was really nice of them as it was totally my fault.
I have written a to do list:
- Change HV app for DS as I'm now working
- Renew tax credits
- Pay this months nursery bill by the 10th
- Cancel HelloFresh (thought I had done this but just seen an email in my inbox)
- Email HB
- Update spreadsheets
- Update budgets
- Renew breakdown cover
- Meal plan for the week
That is all I have so far but I am sure there will be more!

Hello everyone,
So MH took a turn for the worst Monday night and had my brother and mum over to help me out.
They told me how worried they were and I was doing things out of character for me and would have ended up getting myself into trouble or hurt or maybe even worse.
So in an attempt to stop that I have deleted all social media from my phone except WhatsApp and obviously texting so the people that need to get hold of me can and I can't get hold of certain people.
This is just one step in what will probably be a long road to recovery but as I have been told once you hit rock bottom the only way is up....
Anyway have updated spreadsheets and given myself a more "relaxed" budget so I am not super strict and it's not going to be another thing to affect my MH but also debts are still being paid and bills are still being paid. One step at a time.
As I now don't have any form of social media I will try and post on here more. And I have also realized how much carp I was posting. About 5 times yesterday I went to post something unnecessary. It also meant I could spend more time with DS and we had a laugh and it made me think that is what I want from life. To be happy and see DS happy. He is already grown up so much and I don't want to miss out because I am in a bad place.

I hope you're feeling a bit brighter C. Sometimes we just get stuck in that place and it can be difficult to realise just how stuck we are. I'm glad that you have the support from your family!0

So I've not been on here for a while just been taking things slow and looking after myself. Have got plans in place now if I do feel low so that is good.
Money not looking so good, forgot to cancel hello fresh delivery so got charged £41 from my account, I suppose I better cook all the meals this week! And it should give me a bit of incentive to get up and do something so although expensive maybe it is a positive? And stops me going and buying pizzas and chicken nuggets for tea, plus it'll be good for DS.
DS and I have had a few good days the last week, I call them mummy and Alfie days. Sunday we went to a party and he fell asleep outside so I took him indoors and he was falling asleep while eating (not like him at all) when we got home his temp was 38.1 so I called 111 trip to out of hrs and he has tonsillitis so no nursery Monday, mum watched him for me while I went to CBT. Tuesday we had a day in, wed he was at nursery and was my "mummy" day and then yesterday we did some shopping in town.
Although I've not really done that much I have done a lot, been to appointments and I have been told by almost everyone that I can get better I just need to put the work in, so I am doing this for DS, he needs a happy mummy
