I've downloaded the Pokemon Go app hoping that me and DS could play it while we are walking and it might encourage me to take him out more

Had my second CBT yesterday, was quite eye opening actually.
My therapist was telling me about my negative thoughts being like a poison parrot that keeps repeating them to me and I would let the parrot go if it were real and I need to do the same with my thoughts. In theory it sounds easy but it is actually quite hard.
I've also got to do a diary of what I do and when I sleep for a week so that will be quite interesting to see as well.
Money side of things I haven't checked my bank accounts because I am scared of what I have spent I have my CC back now but I really need to stop the willy nilly spending.
Last night I was really craving a takeaway but I was good and I didn't get one I cooked the sausagemeat burgers from my hello fresh box and they were loooovely! Although the box is fairly expensive I am thinking it may be a good way for me to make sure I am cooking decent meals at least 5 times a week. Or maybe I could change to a 3 meal box? It is just a thought.

Too hot here today. DS is sitting in a flexitub with water and some bath toys and I am in front of the fan!
Taking advantage of the sun and drying some washing outside so that'll be less use of the dryer.
Hoping to bag a NSD as it's so hot I can't see us going out anywhere plus isn't fair to drag DS out in this heat. There is a chance his nursery may be shut today or tomorrow if it gets too hot. I am hoping it is cooler tomorrow as I'm working again all day and can't deal with this heat!

Also DS has his 2 year check again today, he is still not where he should be but has developed a year in 4 months! So I am over the moon with that and his social skills are now where they should be
so one very happy mummy.
