    To increase occupancy when renting out your home you can use a company such as TraveNest who submit the property to over 30 listing channels such as airbnb, booking .com and Trip Advisor which increases the changes of landing more guests

    #1 checking in. Now at 28%. Am further behind than I would like at this time of the year, but I should think of it as over a quarter of the way there and not look at how far there is to go.

    #17. Hello all not posted in a while as i was at 22% but one thing and other meant i went under for a while. Anyhow things are looking up. Ive re settled my finances done some agency work and am pleased to say that this savings target pot has 79% in it.
    I need to have this money and more to be honest saved by december so im very glad im back on track.
    Well done everyone keep on going.

    Debt is at £6682.64 making 1% £67.

    It's doubtful I will be able to clear this before the end of the year but I think breaking it down into 1% chunks will definitely motivate me.
