    Well yeah if they have a returns policy they not honouring then that would also be grounds for a chargeback, as its a breach of contract. But dont assume if you buy something you can return it, its retailer dependent.
  • Agreed but many/most items can be returned. Probably most the common chargeback outwith goods not received.
