regarding lease / hire

the tickets are notice to OWNER , not the normal NTK , and although they go out of there way to say "bylaws" are not from a "legal entity"

could be fun ahead , as they (as per the DFT statement ) are not asking for drivers info

AFAIAA, ownership of a vehicle which is not on finance can be transferred, (and transferred back), at the drop of a hat. However, if you transfer ownership to your cat, by what means does it transfer it back?

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
