This is very true , if you also take into account the £10 points on £50 spend at certain times before Xmas , then the sale is not very good.

Would have to be 70% off before I would buy. Gift sets are very overpriced at 50% off.
Much better bargains in TK Maxx clearance sale which is on now in stores.

Solely because it's just dawned on me that I'm out to see Boyzone the night before (middle-aged woman on a bus trip alert) and I won't be back until stupid o'clock. Sleep is underrated anyway It'll be like the old days when it was online

I wonder if they'll do 60% off this week before it drops to 70% next week like Marks do? Reckon they'd shift a good chunk of it if they did that as people wouldn't risk sought after items still being there on 70% day.

Tbh, wouldn't surprise me if some of the more sought after items were returned to the warehouse to sell online in the Summer at 50% off sale. Space in empty wagons returning to the warehouse after they've dropped off deliveries to stores, anythings possible!!

Who knows... Somethings definitely changed this year, dunno what to think with it all anymore.

This is advertising up to 75% off yet the highest reduction is 50%. False advertising, or do the prices drop further when you add them to basket?

Can not see it being next Wednesday as that is their promotion change day.

As for this other deal, not got a clue, nothing has been said so must be top secret if stores haven’t been told yet. Unless it is the clearance suncream from last year coming back out.

The thing that has changed is the top man, was woman. Seb James took over late 2018 from Dixons Carphone Warehouse so is much more tuned into retail than the previous person.
