I think they're going to have the same problem tomorrow Figgi, a lot of websites have guesstimated the 18th for a while. I really feel for the staff.

Interesting is there going to be one? Our local store only had one soap and glory tin. Maybe they want to sell more at 50%

Imagine the scrummage for that tin..only for the proud 'victor' to get it home and prob find it was the only one left because half the contents are missing :eek:

Perhaps they were planning to put it on this week as calculated by many but have pushed it back due to the qtys of stock left, hoping people will get sick of waiting, or twitchy fingers and buy for 50% off rather than potentially miss out on some 'essential' for an extra 20% off.

There was lots of stuff at ours this morning but less than they've had in previous years, although staff were taking stuff from the sales shelves to replenish a different store (with me earwigging in the background lol). I bought a couple of things that I didn't think I'd get at 70% off (paid with points so I'm happy) so it wasn't a wasted trip.

No idea when it will be now, but it surely must be sometime next week (but, hey, what do I know! this totally messes with my spreadsheet ).

Called in my store this afternoon but very little stock left this year!

I checked out Dragonville, Durham and Arnison Centre, Durham today - there is hardly any Soap & Glory, Champneys or Sanctuary Spa stuff left. Last year there were shelves full of the stuff - I definitely think Boots have had less stock this year and therefore less left over into January. In fact, on 70% day last year I remember there being pallets of Soap & Glory Star Gifts just inside the entrance at Arnison Centre. Think there were even some left a few days later.
