Three - 3p a min abroad?? really?

  • Ref d123: that's correct, there is no argument from 3 that their tariff intends a caller to be able to call from the UK to a French mobile for 3p a minute, negating most replies
    Three's last suggestion was that if Data was turned on, then whether or not it was used, it might somehow eat in to credit.

    Have you confirmed the number was definitely a standard French mobile? France has some high rate numbers (which likely wouldn’t be standard rated by Three) that look like normal numbers iirc.

    What are the first six or seven digits of the number you dialled?
