    Maybe for a private individual, but as I'm paid rather handsomely to be a bit of a pain in the !!! for parking companies on behalf of my customers, I would likely struggle to justify costs!

    N180 submitted today.

    I'm slightly surprised that so many of these claims are being pursued by BWL, and from reading some of the other threads it seems very little due diligence is being completed by them. It is almost as if they are not even reading defences prior to railroading people into hearings.

    It is becoming very apparent that it's nothing more than abuse of the court process - I'm sure there are many people who are not seeking online help who are just paying these to make them go away.


    It does look like I will be getting a day out of the bunker again,
