    Full defence submitted this morning.

    I've put in a final paragraph on this being a vexatious claim due to the extensive prior correspondence that covers the defence points I submitted, but stopped short of counter-claiming.


    There's a lot of threads about BW:/Britannia - have any of the claims been discontinued yet, or does it look like the are stubbornly going through with it?

    Yes, and errr... No...

    I have a copy of the NtK that was sent to the registered keeper (the RK have sent a copy to me), the document I have received is identical, besides the name and address. Pofa fail on Paras 13 & 14 right there.

    I will assume they will rely on the same two documents, and I intend to seek a degree of sadistic enjoyment from hoisting them by their own petard - if it gets that far.

    Three Britannia cases were discontinued as soon as they dealt with a SAR, but I think in each case it was because they realised the cases revolved around a PDT machine 'minor keying error' in a VRN.

    Otherwise, they are proceeding to hearings I think.

    Every point in my defence has been made in previous correspondence with them.
    I still believe that they are abusing the court process to extort money from people who would rather pay just to make it go away, regardless of whether it is right or wrong.
