Got the settlement offwe letter through last week. £190.
They have responded to some of the points in the defence but not all of them, they do seem to be relying on POFA as well which i think goes in my favour as their NTK was not POFA compliant.
Still waiting on a court allocation date.0 -

Not very sure are they ??? Why not explain to them that it would be cheaper to pay you £100 than getting spanked in court again and your costs claim ........ it will cost them more than £100
