How do you find Now TV Broadband?

To all Now TV Broadband users!
How do you find the internet and service at Now TV Broadband please? My contract with Talktalk is finishing in a month's time, I'm now looking around and was not impressed by all the horrible reviews of Plusnet, so seeing that Now TV Broadband offers Fab Fibre (?) for £23.50 in my area including Anytime Call, plus a possible Quidco cashback, I'm tempted, but have never heard of this as an ISP before. If you are their broadband customer, how do you find their service so far? Hope to hear some of your feedbacks, many thanks!

They're a Sky brand. Ties in with Now TV - skys non-subscription streaming service - I'm sure you'll find some horrific reviews of them somewhere, like you will for all of the providers.
As an aside, been a satisfied Plusnet customer for years!0 -

I'm very pleased. Owned by Sky who have a good broadband reputation.
Telephone calls can take 10 minutes to answer.
But when I reported a fault with my line, open reach were out in less than 24 hours0 -

Has anyone switched your service to Now TV and how did it go and how long did it take? I was about to switch to Plusnet, but they said they'd give me a new phone number which was not what I wanted, that's why I did more research and found Now broadband. As said, my old isp was Talktalk, so I thought switching old number should be straightforward. I guess I'll wait till after new year to order to avoid early termination charge.0 -
when you go through the order process, you get to choose an installation date.
usually 2-3 weeks ahead.
You can try it now yourself. So see available install dates.
P.S nowtv don't do direct debits, they use your debit card number0 -
I've just changed to them and so far they've been great. My phone line was dead and I spoke to them via live chat and they said an Engineer would be out in 3 days and he arrived the next day. Speeds have been good too.
I also went for the same deal £23.50 including calls and cashback from TCB0 -
I swapped from Sky a few months back. So far its been exactly as i expected. Same speed, didnt even have to swap routers and just as reliable. Sky and Now prices were the same for new customers but Sky flatly refused to offer me the same deal.
Was a sky BB customer for the past few years and have to say the reliability is the best i have known. Its even better than my other BB line which is with Zen (who are known for reliability and customer service - though at a much higher cost). The Zen line is provided by my employer so not up to me to change it. Not saying its not reliable just i have had the odd issue in the past 4 years but nothing so far with my Sky line.0 -
I switched to them from PN. Smooth switch and have slightly better speed. (ADSL). So, no complaints. Will see what happens at end of 'contract' period as to whether I will stay.0
